Table space reservation
Montreal - Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Why we’re doing this
Our events have been getting full. Some people made the trip here and left when we simply didn’t have table space for them — some even brought their own chair just to stay. Others traveled a long way, or came early and stayed most of the day to keep a seat.
This RSVP helps everyone plan ahead: you’ll know there’s a seat for your group before you come, and we can spread people out instead of everyone guessing. This way, more people can enjoy the event.
How it works
- Group size limits are set per event — that helps us seat your group together. Need another table at the same time or a different time? Book again.
- Reserved? We’d love to see you. Can’t make it? Cancel when you can so someone else can take the seat.
- Walk-ins: we keep a separate pool of tables reserved only for people who show up without an RSVP. Online bookings don’t use those walk-in tables.
Thanks for helping us keep event days smooth for everyone.
Which day are you booking?
Reservation for…
The name (or phone) staff should look for when you arrive. Edit if you’re booking for someone else.
How many in your group?
Include everyone who needs a seat (for example, you plus two guests is three seats). Knowing the size helps us seat your group together.
When do you want to arrive?
How long do you plan to stay?
This helps us hold the right number of seats over time. If someone is booked after your timeslot and tables are full, please wrap up so they can take their seats.
Arrival: Please aim to arrive within about 15 minutes before or after your reserved time.
Staying longer: You may stay past your reserved window when space is free. If the next group has reserved and we need the table, please respect the end of your timeslot.
Your choices will appear here as you complete each step.
