Looking for Something We Don't Have?
If there's a model kit, tool, or hobby product you're looking for that we don't currently carry, we may be able to source it for you directly from Asia.
Send us the product you're looking for through Instagram or Facebook and we'll see what we can find.
We'll provide you with a quote, estimated arrival time, deposit required, and any applicable terms before you decide to proceed.
How Special Orders Work
1. Send Us Your Request
Message us on Instagram or Facebook with the product you're looking for. A photo or link is helpful if you have one.
2. We'll Find It
We'll check our sources in Asia for availability and provide you with a quote.
Special-order pricing may be slightly higher than our regular inventory due to the additional sourcing work and international shipping required for an individual order.
3. Place Your Deposit
If you'd like to proceed, a non-refundable deposit is required before we place the order.
The deposit amount will be included with your quote and applied toward the final price.
4. We Bring It to Operation V Studio
Special orders typically arrive within 4–6 weeks from the date your deposit is paid.
This is an estimate. International shipping, customs inspections, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
5. Pick It Up or Have It Shipped
We'll contact you when your special order arrives at Operation V Studio.
You can pick it up in store or have us ship it to you. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your order, or before we ship it.
You'll have 90 days from the arrival notice to pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid within 90 days, the special order will automatically be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Before You Order
Special orders are purchased specifically for you. Once we place the order, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel or not complete the purchase.
We source from reputable stores and use reliable shipping services. We put in reasonable effort to protect the shipment, and products normally arrive in good condition.
Missing or damaged parts are extremely rare. If you pick up your special order, we ask that you inspect it before leaving the store. If we ship it to you, please inspect it when it arrives. If there is an issue, we'll review it with you and determine the appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.
