In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is always free.

See something you want? Order it online for in-store pickup to secure it before it sells out. Once your order is placed, the item is reserved for you.

Choose "Pick up" at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

You can pick up your order at Operation V Studio during our regular store hours.

Shipping Across Canada

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15.

Orders of $200 or more before tax qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Orders With Preorder Items

If your order includes preorder items, your order will normally ship once all items are ready.

If you'd like to receive available items earlier, you can request a separate shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
