All purchases from Operation V Studio are considered final sale.

We do not normally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, purchasing the wrong item, or no longer wanting an item after purchase.

Try Before You Buy

Not sure if a tool or supply is right for you?

Many of the tools and supplies we carry are available to try in our store and studio before you buy. Our team can also help you choose the right product for what you're trying to do.

We'd rather help you find the right product before you buy than have you regret the purchase afterward.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts

We source our products from reliable suppliers, so issues with damaged, defective or missing parts are rare.

However, if something isn't right with your purchase, please contact us. We'll review the situation with you and determine the appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Damage

We take care when packing orders and make reasonable efforts to protect your items during shipping, so shipping damage is uncommon.

If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the product, packaging and shipping box so we can properly assess the situation.
