How Preorders Work
A deposit is required to secure your preorder. The deposit will be applied toward the final price of the item.
Preorders
Paying the Balance
We’ll contact you when your preorder arrives.
You’ll have 90 days from the arrival notice to pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid within 90 days, the preorder will automatically be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellations
You can cancel your preorder at any time.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited, but you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.
Supplier Availability
We do our best to fulfill every preorder.
In rare cases, our supplier may provide fewer units than we ordered. If quantities are limited, preorders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis based on when the preorder was placed.
When possible, we will continue trying to fulfill remaining preorders through subsequent shipments.
If we ultimately cannot fulfill your preorder, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Orders With Multiple Items
By default, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.
If you would like to receive available items earlier, you can request a separate shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Estimated Arrival Dates
Release dates and arrival dates are estimates based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers.
Dates may change due to production, supplier, customs, or shipping delays.
